It is the effort of both Mr. SK Garg and Mr. Pankaj Bajaj, that today Eldeco has become a reputed group in this vast sector. Also, his area of action has exploded from Agra (the place where the first operation of Eldeco started) to most parts of India, especially in North India. Today more than 200 projects are supervised by its chairman SK Garg and MD Pankaj Bajaj. Eldeco leads the foundation for its two subgroups; Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd (EHIL) in the year 1985 and Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd (EIPL) in the year 2000. The year 2011 also proved out to be a successful year when he became the President of CREDAI NCR.
