Pankaj Bajaj is the managing director of Eldeco Group. He
has done his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, after
completing his graduation in Commerce. He joined Eldeco in 1996 in Lucknow.
Eldeco is one of the leading companies in real estate and construction sector.
It has been in this business from the past 35 years. Eldeco started its
business in Agra and only a few parts of UP initially. Gradually it increased
its business after being listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and becoming a
public company.
Eldeco extended its business in other parts of UP as well
gradually. Mr. Pankaj Bajaj joined the organization after he completed his MBA.
Mr. Pankaj Bajaj is the son of Mr. O.P. Bajaj who is a prominent businessman
and a partner in the Eldeco Group. Eldeco had been doing alright as a regional
player when Mr. Pankaj Bajaj joined the organization; however he had a vision
of making Eldeco a national player instead. Therefore, he executed his plan by
founding Eldeco Infrastructure Properties Ltd. He planned all this to transform
Eldeco into a national player from the regional player. Like this, the business
increased and Eldeco extended itself to the rest of the UP, Delhi NCR etc. and
became a known name in the complete North India. Eldeco has taken up more than
175 projects in different areas such as townships, housing projects, office
complexes and malls etc. It has served more than 15000 customers who are
satisfied with the services it provided to them. Eldeco uses state of the art
designing and up to the mark quality products to complete its construction
projects. These projects have great designing and quality when they are
finished due to these reasons.
