Mr. Pankaj Bajaj, MD of Eldeco Group and President of CREDAI-NCR while representing
130 real estate developers said that there should not be any fix model for proportion
of penalties in case of a postponement in possession.
Mr. Pankaj Bajaj added that there should not be any
regulating authority to decide at what cost a house should be sold. It's up to
a buyer to make a decision before making the payment.
